The Embassy Suites Hotel in historic Charleston is a grand restoration of the original Citadel 19th century Military College which is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings.   The location is situated in walking distance to a large number of other historic sites in the area including the Charleston Music Hall, the Charleston Visitor Information Center, the Charleston Museum, the Charleston Marketplace, the South Carolina Aquarium, the Dock Street Theater, the King Street Shopping District, the College of Charleston, the Medical University of South Carolina and Johnson & Wales University.   Fort Sumter, the Charleston International Airport, and the Charleston Coliseum are a short drive away.

  • Located in the old Citadel, This is a beautiful and historic place to spend leisure time, while soaking in the grandeur of the past.With good food, a friendly staff, and comfortable rooms, as well as the conveniece of being a walk away from everything you could wish for in a vacation, this is truly the perfect place to stay while visiting Charleston.
